Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Free for orders over $169.99, or a flat fee of $8.95 for smaller orders.

Express Shipping (Australia-wide): Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Flat rate of $14.95.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery in real time.
Delivery Delays or Issues

Changing Your Shipping Address
To request a shipping address change after placing an order, please email us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot update your shipping details once your order has been dispatched.
