At Aoyue Australia, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. All Aoyue products purchased through our official online store are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What Does the Warranty Cover:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, if a defect is found and confirmed by our technician, we will provide repair, replacement, or parts at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below.

  • If confirmed as a warranty issue, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement, which may involve sending the product to our local technician in Melbourne.
